Gorgeous, one level, handicap accessible "Cottage House" in South Knoxville, situated on the grounds of the 22 acre wedding/event venue of Dara’s Garden. The home consists of 4 bedrooms, 5 beds (king in master, the rest are queens, & one room has 2 queens), & 3 full bathrooms. Located less than 10 minutes to Downtown Knoxville, the University of Tennessee, McGhee Tyson Airport & only 15 minutes to West Knoxville as well as Maryville/Alcoa. This is definitely the perfect location to stay & have accessibility to explore Knoxville, Maryville/Alcoa, as well as Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Walland, Townsend, & the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. This home features hand-scraped hardwood flooring throughout, designer kitchen w/high end stainless steel appliances, an 8FT island w/two beverage fridges, in-kitchen dining area, and an open, vaulted living area with 77" HD Smart TV. Lovely, eastern facing covered front porch to enjoy your morning coffee & a western facing expansive deck for fellowship & enjoying the afternoon sun. The home has been professionally decorated w/comfort & luxury in mind w/higher end mattresses, linens, & furnishings. This home is an ideal spot for multiple couples or a large family to be able to share and relax comfortably.

King Park, which consists of 8.25 miles of trails (walking/trail running/mountain biking), a 2 acre dog park (although no pets are permitted at AirBNB), playground, fishing/paddling accessibility, picnic area, covered shelter, & restrooms. The AirBNB's property, when not in use for weddings/events, is the perfect place to have a short walk in the tranquil gardens & grounds.

The owners live on the adjacent property and are available in case of emergencies. As the AirBNB shares property w/the wedding/event venue, there is a strict policy for guests to observe (primarily being respectful/quiet during wedding ceremonies), if there is a wedding scheduled at Dara's Garden during your stay & these "quiet times" will be provided before checking-in.
