My husband and I lived in Knoxville for several years, but moved away shortly after having our daughter. We decided to take a quick spring break trip to let our kids experience Knoxville. It was fabulous! First of all, the apartment is directly across Gay Street from Cruze Farm’s Downtown location. We had ice cream each night! While the beautiful, spacious kitchen in the loft is an absolute dream, we didn’t really use it. We walked to a new restaurant for each meal. Our kids loved that there were so many amazing food options close by. The only downside (which I absolutely expected) was the “downtown noise”. We could hear people talking loudly and racing their engines at night, but all of us were able to fall asleep and sleep soundly. If you are a light sleeper, I’d suggest some earplugs or a sound machine. Even with the noise, I highly recommend staying here! Such a fun experience for the whole family!
