We had the privilege of staying here, this was our first trip to Thailand but definitely not our last.
The staff are accommodating and always with a smile on their faces. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, as well, as their other menu items throughout the day.
Our room was freshly renovated and you cannot beat the view from the bed when you wake up in the morning

Anazing beach front pool villa for the price room is a little old but everything still working fine
Only stayed one night at the end of our trip, but the room was super spacious with an amazing balcony overlooking the beach. Staff were super helpful too when I cut my foot and it needed to be disinfected and dressed.
Excellent stay so far at Siam Beach Resort right on the shore of lonely beach.
I am travelling solo and have enjoyed my time here in Koh Chang so much I booked an extra few days.
The hotel is currently constructing new huts in the middle of the resort so some building work is happening early in the morning but otherwise the resort is great.
Good breakfast choices, food in the restaurant is also good but it closes at 9PM only downside.
Beds are very comfortable in large rooms but the hot water is not great in the shower - a minor point in a place like Koh Chang.
There are lots of Geckos clearing the bugs away as it is a tropical island, but I have had no bugs in the room bar mosquitos which the gecko deals with.
Old, tired, outdated. Badly in need of a refurb. Everything in the resort in a poor state of repair. No mosquito net over bed and doors had gaps letting in mosquito. I would not recommend anyone stay here. Barely a one star standard
Right on the beautiful white beach close to shopping and food. A casual beach feel that has been renovated. This is a relaxing casual beach resort, not luxurious hotel. It is a great value for the money. The rooms are big, with great views and recently renovated that are still beach rustic. The beauty about Koh Chang (elephant island) is that it requires a ferry to get there. This is fun but keeps the amount of visitors low and keeps the old charming island feel.
Lost reservation then tried to charge me again. Then found but didn't have room I paid for, only a smaller. Would not give credit or partial refund. Bed horrible- hurt our necks and backs

Great value for money with best location on island
In short - the hotel is a bit rough round the edges. It's needs a good paint job in the open areas and a tidy up, but the rooms and pool are excellent. I paid $30 per night for this room in mid october and it was great value for money. The location is the best on the island. You have peace and tranquility on the beach which is directly in front of the hotel (you will walk right onto it from your room) but you can walk 10 minutes to the village where there are loads of great restaurants and bars. The breakfast is basic but adequate. Eggs, cereals, fruit, thai, etc but that was fine for me. I hear it is worth paying a little more for the villas if you can afford.
My girlfriend and I decided to splash out on a pool villa for the last couple of nights of a 3 week trip around S E Asia. The website pictures made the price we paid for the room look an absolute steal. Turns out the pictures are very well taken and hide a number of 'rough around the edges' blemishes. Overall, it was a nice private resort on a good stretch of beach fairly close to the bars and restaurants of Lonely Beach. Unfortunately, having stayed in some of the grander accommodation in Klong Prao beach, this felt like a backpackers hotel that had been dressed up to attract a different market.. and somewhat failed. It is clearly one of the top resorts of the area and will suit many people staying around there. We didn't eat in the restaurant other than breakfast which was largely disappointing.

very good beach and location
Very good location and clean beach.breakfast is very standard and taste is average.Hotel staff response is good swimming pool is clean and nicely maintained. On beach massage facility is available.

Lonely Beach
Väldigt bra läge på stranden, avkopplande. Stort rum men väldigt liten WC.
