The Houben - Adult Only offers its guests a full-service spa, an outdoor pool, and Access to hot tub. There's a restaurant on site, as well as a coffee shop/cafe. You can enjoy a drink at the bar/lounge. WiFi is free in public spaces. A fitness centre, spa services, and a terrace are also featured at the business-friendly The Houben - Adult Only. A round-trip airport shuttle and an area shuttle are available for a fee. Limited free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. A complete renovation of The Houben - Adult Only was completed in July 2016.

The Houben - Adult Only offers 15 accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors and feature DVD players and minibars. Rooms open to patios.
