I arrived at 2:15 pm. Check in time is 3:00 pm. I was made to wait 45 minutes in the lobby( with no comfortable chairs). The reason is that the rooms are not ready. This is a lie and has occurred to me before. Please be kinder to your GUESTS.

When I checked in and I was supposed to be enjoy public bath, but bath temperature not warm enough to stay bath Otherwise it’s quite comfortable and room is quite comfortable space which I really liked it

Good location in the entertainment district of Kobe, if Jazz, KAraoke, and cocktail lounges is your destination. Price was right, staff freindly, location good for us, but don't sign up for the breakfast.

It was fine, I stayed for about 30 days total and the bedding was never changed, and the floors were only vacuumed once and I had to ask for it. The staff were all nice

清潔でとても良かったです。 しいて言えばお部屋に水が無いのでカップで水を持ち込まないと水が飲めないので、水筒かペットボトルが有れば良かったのですが‥ 後チェックアウトが10時で神戸の街があきだすのが10時30分〜11時なので時間を潰すのが寒い時だったので残念でした
