Clean hotel. Staffs are very nice, especially Hanh, the male staff that helped me checked and recommended me places to check out& to eat. It’s walkable to many places. In between the mountains and the train station which was perfect because I went hiking for the 2 days I stayed. I recommend checking out Nunobiki falls and Nunobiki garden.

I was surprised at the spaciousness of the room. The bed was very comfortable to me because I like a firm bed. The bathroom was excellent... I loved the deep Japanese tubs for relaxing.b quiet and safe neighborhood and only a 15 minute walk to any kind of activity and restaurants you want

The room was much larger than expected and the same goes for the bathroom - it has a full size bathtub and the sink has separate piping so you can shave in the sink and fill the bathtub at the same time. The staff was very professional and polite. The hotel restaurant was also excellent serving a great dinner in a nice calming atmosphere. The hotel is located near the Shin Kobe train station in a quiet area but you will need to walk up a steep hill if coming by train. It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to the main shopping area.

Incredibly great compared to most, BUT, the checkout time is far too early compared to most 21st century hotels. The Kitano Plaza Rokkoso is still in the Showa period where that’s concerned.

ほてるのせいではありませんが、神戸の坂道をなめていました。うろこの館など近くに名所がたくさんあるのですが、とにかくホテル周辺の坂がきつい。車を止めた後は徒歩しかないので高齢者や脚力に自信のない方にはおすすめできません。フロントの方は丁寧ですし、朝食もとても美味しかったです。神戸カレーも食べ放題でした。
