Need more variety of food for dinner & breakfast. They stop making fresh pizza and bringing fresh food out from the kitchen as there were not many new customers in the restaurant.

フロントの方が、とても親切丁寧で、こちらの質問に答えて下さり、その後、わざわざ、他の答えもありますよ。 と伝えに来て下さいました。 その他のバスのスタッフの方も、まだバス搭乗時間で無いのに、バスもうすぐですし、バス内で待って下さい。とわざわざ、お声掛け下さり、寒かったので、そのお気持ちに、とても嬉しくなりました。 楽しい1日を過ごせました。 ありがとうございました。

宿泊者は朝から一般の方より早く1dayパスが購入できたり(クレカ利用可能)、アトラクションに出掛けるにも都合がいい立地にあり、遊ぶにはもってこいです。スタッフの方々も丁寧で親切で施設もシンプルで清潔。またホテルから延羽の湯に行くのもいいが、ホテルのお風呂も充分広く気持ちいい。大変満足です。

チェックイン・アウトの対応も笑顔で対応していただき、お部屋も清潔で広いバルコニーからネスタを眺める事ができ、期待していなかったレストランの夕食のオーダービュッフェがとても美味しくて、アレもコレも食べたくなりお腹いっぱいになりました(´∀｀*)スタッフの方達も丁寧で迅速に対応していただき、気持ちよく食事を楽しめました！朝食も和洋のクオリティが高くスタッフの方達も笑顔で本当に満足させていただきました。ネスタリゾートでは待ち時間や強風の為、思っていたより楽しめなかったのですが、こちらのホテルでとても満足出来ました。ありがとうございました(*´꒳`*)

孫が大きくなってからまた行きたいです^_^

大きな敷地内にホテルやコテージ、アトラクション、温泉、プールなどがありはじめていくとどこから行っていいのかわからないのですが1回行くと大体わかりました^_^ 施設の入場券を購入しなければほとんどの所に入れません^_^ それはしょうがないのですが、連泊した時にチケットを購入してなくても時間がつぶせるところがあればさいこうなのですが でもあったのかもしれません。 食事は、バイキングで美味しかったです^_^ 温泉もあってよかったです^_^ 小さな子供が遊べる所がもっとあったらいいと思います 次回行く時はもっと調べて行きたいと思います^_^ 敷地が広いのでまだまだ色んなアトラクションができるのを楽しみにしております ありがとうございました😊

働いている方はどこも大変明るく親切で大変良かった。部屋までエレベーターを2回乗り継ぐのは大変不便。絨毯があまりきれいではなかった。アトラクション等を含むから高いのかもしれないが、ホテルの部屋だけ見ると支払った金額の価値なし。敷地が広いので仕方ないがいちいち車移動しなければいけなく、アトラクションを楽しまない中年だけの旅行には不向きな雰囲気でした。小さな子供の居る家族旅行では楽しいのかなとおもいます。近場でリゾート気分を楽しみたかったが、子供の遊び場という感じです。改善するのであれば、予約時にアトラクションで思い切り遊びたいのか、ゆっくりリゾートを感じたいのかでお客さんを分けて、行く前のホテルからのメールにどういうとこに行けば楽しめるか簡単でも良いから提案してくれたらなと思いました。ホテルの方、BBQ施設の方は今まで泊まったどのホテルよりも感じが良かったので、上記の点が改善されそうなら又いきたいなと思います。
