This hotel is great! Location was really great too! Close to the train station, shopping areas, Chinatown, and dining areas. My only complaint is the air conditioning which needs to be upgraded to a newer model. The AC was not consistent of blowing cool air which I find it inconvenient. It will operate with blowing cool air and there at times it would not. There were no instructions how to operate it in English. Other than that everything was good!

Good location

My stay has two nights. My room has a single bed, the bed refresh me every night. The hotel has the coin laundry. There are a couple of a washing machine and a drying machine. Those are cleaned up. Every night, I could use them. At the entrance of the hotel, there is a drip coffee machine, it’s free for hotel guests. I could reach Kobe port that has many sight-seeing spots from the hotel with about 15 minutes walking. More over, the hotel is really near by Motomachi shopping street, so, I could find food shops, cloth shops, you name it.

Good to stay in central town

Very covinient. Next to metro station. Easy to access to the shopping, eating and local activity places. Hotel facility is simple. Wifi, Refridgerator, Free breakfast.

Hotel has really basic stuff. Not even a shower cap & beverages! Staff provides very basic service really. Not too keen to return if given a chance to be honest.
