Excellent value for price

It is an excellent location, close to the heart of Fort Cochi, but you get to enjoy silence at night—proximity to primary activities. Very friendly owners; they went beyond and above to help us. The Wi-Fi worked great until the last day when it was slightly spotty. Even with this tiny inconvenience, it was a great stay.

Clean and convenient property located in a great area of Kochi, right next to plenty of tourist attractions like Bastion Bungalow and the chinese fishing nets. The staff were responsive and quickly gave us more towels when we were provided with too few.

Decent hotel at fair price

We had a good stay at a fair priced hotel. Staff was nice, cleanliness ok but the hotel was a bit old and worn.

家族のように温かいおもてなし

フェリーターミナルから歩いてすぐです。雰囲気のある建物でお部屋も広くて居心地抜群でした。 深夜にちょっとしたことで怪我をしてしまい、シーツを汚してしまったのですが、オーナーさんはすぐに病院に行くことをすすめてくれて、ためらう私に｢お金の心配はいらない｣と背中を押してくれました。スタッフさんが付きっきりで案内してくれて結局2日間通院することになったのですが、ホテルの近くに政府が運営してる病院があってすぐに対応してくれたので、本当に助かりました。 オーナーさんだけではなく、スタッフ全員が体調を気遣ってくれて、ホテルに泊まってこんなに優しくされたのは初めてなので、心から感激しました。 このホテルの素晴らしいところはオーナーさんとスタッフ全員の、きめ細かい心配りにあると思います 設備が多少古くなっているものの、使用に問題はありません。 昔の貴族の館に滞在しているようなゆったりした雰囲気と家族のように温かい接客を、リーズナブルに楽しみたい方にはおすすめのホテルです。
