駅からは少し離れていましたが、和室の旅館でとても情緒があってよかったです。部屋のシャワーが、ボイラーの故障でお湯が出ないということで、他のホテルの大浴場の入館料をくださったのが、とても良かったです。高知に行く時はまた泊まりたいです。

高知の繁華街真っ只中。 午前2時くらいまで飲み客の声が気になった。 古き良き和室で、飲み屋も併設、周辺にたくさんあるので立地は便利です。 当日ボイラー不調？でお湯が出ないのが非常に残念(徒歩3分の別の温泉宿の案内(宿持ち)がありましたが)。

無人のフロント呼んでも全然来ない チェックインもしてないのに無人フロントのカウンターに鍵が置いてあり不用心だと思ったら自分の部屋の鍵だった。ゾッとした。 ボロい シャワーお湯出ない 汚い 駐車場予約制と説明書きがあり事前に電話しなのだが取り合おうとしない。すぐに電話を切られた。 あげく車大きいからとコインパーキングに案内され相場よりかなり高い場所に停めさせられる。 事前説明も謝罪も一切なし。 部屋の写真も駐車場値段等の記載内容も全く違う。 旅を台無しにする宿です。

古い旅館ですが、大変便利な場所にあるので素泊まりで割り切って利用すれば、それなりに快適です。予約制ですが、家族風呂があります。遅い時間に戻るとフロントが無人なので、家族風呂は早目に予約した方がいいです。
