The breakfast was very nice with lots of options, not just bread items and cereal like most. The gentleman who was the breakfast host was friendly and always making sure things were well stocked. Impressive!

Very nice stay. I would’ve preferred a little lower bed & bars in the shower but I also know I didn’t request an accessible room. Those were my only negatives & it was my fault except for the bed maybe. They were probably all that high. All in all a very nice stay & I would recommend & stay here again.

Property is definitely budget friendly. Blackout curtains were very dirty. Bathroom floors were dirty. Staff was very friendly breakfast had a good variety and was tasty. Overall, a good stay would stay here again.

The hotel was ok. The room we were in had mold in the shower. The " heated" pool was not warm enough. They didnt have a hot tub. All in all it was an ok stay, nothing special.

Front desk was amazing. I do not believe she ever left but her personality was amazing and we ran into a small issue, she was so accommodating. Very personable and inviting. She deserves 15 stars and one heck of a bonus. You do not find employees and customer service like her

The front desk personal is very friendly and warm. The rooms are comfortable and cozy. Everything is clean and well kept. We rea)y like staying here when we come into town. The location is before you get into the "busy part" of Sevierville, so it's nice to not have to deal with the traffic at all times.

Excellent check in experience. Clean room. The hotel only provides room tidying and towels every 3rd day. The trash cans around the property were over flowing by the 2nd night. The property is ran down and needs repairs. For example-the light switch in our bathroom had a gap around it leaving the inside exposed. (Wires and wet bathroom isn’t safe.) We would stay again though. It is clean and safe.
