This is the perfect place to read, relax or enjoy your coffee/glass of wine on sunny Kodiak days.

The relaxed breeze from the ocean, the unique views, bald eagles or deer in your yard create a truly restful wilderness retreat.
Who knows you may even spot a Kodiak brown bear!

Comfortable and quiet place very close to town. Host was amazing. Great communication, very responsive, flexible to our needs.Note that this property is up a steep gravel driveway. Very stable and well maintained, but we has two people in our party in their 60s, and we did not have a car. The hill was a challenge. If you have a car, or are younger, it is not a problem at all. Beautiful view from the house too.

Unfortunately we did not even stay at the property because the Ferry from Homer broke down on the day we were to go. Although the time for a refund had passed Robert was very responsive and helpful and was able to give us a full refund. I would and will stay at this place if we ever get a chance to go to Kodiak Island again
