Stayed here on a family holiday in 2 double rooms. Convenient location as we were driving and good value. Very helpful staff. Clean rooms with amenities available as required. Dining options are available nearby; the sushi place directly across the road is excellent! Would be happy to recommend to others who would like a slightly unusual place to stay

This property was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was a bit of a trek from the Kofu Station, so getting around by train took some effort. The unit is small, but we just needed a place to sleep at night after our long days exploring, so the price was good for our needs. They even provide the toiletries and sleep shirts like a larger hotel would do.

部屋はとても清潔で快適に過ごせました。 大通り沿いなので、ほんの少し車の音が気になりましたが問題ない程度です。 車が部屋の真ん前に停められるのも本当に助かります。 また利用させていただきたいです。

テレビの調子が悪かった。 冷凍食品のサービスにアイスとかデザート系があればよかった。 夕飯を外食してしまい、朝も早くに出るのに車で朝ごはんを食べたので、食べる暇がなく、引き換えしなかった。
