We had one night stay here in traditional ryokan. We could see glimpse of Mt. Fuji from our bedroom window and bath area was really nice. Dinner served was really good but unfortunately the drinks were not included to the meal. Staff member said that drinks are included but because of the language barrier drinks were not included to the full package. We enjoyed the experience and views to the lake and Fuji. Amazing hotel - not as fancy from the outside as maybe a few others on the lake but it’s an amazing beautiful hotel with the best staff we had in Japan! And wonderful dinner and breakfast, fantastic prep and great chef!
