The view at this hotel of Mt Fuji is amazing! It has a shuttle which takes you to the station and from there you can go wherever you want. The hotel is new or looks like new, we enjoy so much the night at the Regina, for sure will recommend it to my family and friends. If I ever return for sure will book it again!

We stayed overnight to increase our chances of seeing Mt. Fuji. Sure enough, we had a stunning view of Mt. Fuji the next morning after all the rain and clouds straight from the balcony. It was a suite and very comfortable. A shuttle to the Kawaguchiko station is also available.

We had an excellent stay. We were very kindly upgraded to a bigger room with an epic view of Mt Fuji. This was by far our favorite hotel in Japan. Yes, it’s a little older, but still very comfortable and well appointed. The onsen was wonderful. There is a washer/dryer near the onsens. The breakfast buffet was decent. It’s a bit of a trek to Lake Kawaguchiko, so Uber came in handy. Overall, we loved our stay here!

It's a bit of an old place and location a bit far from centre, but you get nice views of Mount Fuji from your bedroom. Room was massive, specially for a country like Japan. Everything was clean and decent. They did charge us for taking care of our luggage for a few hours.
