Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Buildings are old with little upkeep. Trash being stored behind pool and volleyball area behind mesh wall. Breakfast food is the same every day and boring. Food is not warm. Air conditioner leaked water. Sheer curtain in room 188 torn and old. Company needs to reinvest money to maintain and upgrade rooms. Mattress’s are hard as a rock, uncomfortable and you can’t sleep well. Wake up stiff and sore. The only the hotel has going for it is location. Would not recommend to anyone. Would not stay here again.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Upon check-in the staff was extremely unhelpful. They apparently have reservations issues and even though I had a copy of my confirmation, they still couldn't check me in. It took them an hour to resolve the issue. Then I was given a room that was under construction and had no TV, even though my booking showed a TV. I asked several times for a TV with no luck. They even made me show them my booking again to prove there was supposed to be a TV. There were Roosters and dogs next to the rooms and the noise started everyday at 4:00 a.m. those were just some of the many issues.
