This holiday residence is set within the Lotus Samui resort, a gated boutique community. The estate is surrounded by lush tropical vegetation and the grounds are a fusion of the natural world and manmade creativity. The floating sandstone rocks that lead to your front entrance are only one example of this concept. Whether you plan to relax indoors or out, you get plenty of space to simply unwind, with over 412 sqm of inside living space and 504 sqm of terraces.

The Ocean Front Pavilion, glass fronted, is the perfect spot to enjoy a family meal as you take in stunning coastal vistas. Next to the dining area, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a wine fridge. If you choose to cook on holiday, you can do so here with ease. Exit the kitchen through sliding doors to discover uninterrupted sea views from the spacious veranda. At one end of this terrace is another table for 10 and at the other end, an outdoor lounge comfortably fitted with cosy sofas and vibrant beanbags.

Walk a few steps from the Ocean Front Pavilion and you will reach the villa's lounging pool complete with Jacuzzi. There is also a children's pool, shallow enough for you to set up a sun lounger in it and catch up on some reading while the little ones splash around you.

The Master Pavilion is a true retreat for a couple. This pavilion harbours the large master bedroom with a floor-to-ceiling shelf and super kingbed bed. An extra day bed has been included. The bedrooms walls are decorated with cool-toned artwork, adding a touch of intimacy.

The master bedroom features an ensuite for convenience, with a large terrazzo sunken bath, twin washbasins and glass fronted shower room. Sandstone walls, honed black granite floors, terrazzo counters, teak doors and the combination of natural textures give this private space distinct character and charm.

Treat yourself to rejuvenating massage at the villa's private spa room with 2 massage beds. An outdoor spa has also been set up with pool and seaview.

The villa's extra four suites can be found in the Guest Pavilion. Two are set on the ground floor and two on the upper level. A private bathroom in each ensures total privacy. The cheerful rooms boast king beds decked with high quality linen and large, comfortable pillows. Flat screen smart TV with wide range of international channels is available every every room. Rest assured, each suite has its own safe.

Last but not least, the Floating Pavilion is a sight to behold: it seemingly floats on a shallow pond. You get a vaulted living room, adjoining deck with a billiards table. Sophistication meets contemporary design, thanks to the fresh white walls, glass panelled doors and earthy finishes. Enjoy a movie on the 60ins flat screen or turn up the music on the BOSE surround sound system with iPod dock, so that your favourite tunes float through the entire villa. Sumptuous ocean views can be admired all around, thanks to glass doors running the length of the living room.

Stay in shape these holidays thanks to your private gym which showcases top-of-the-line equipment by Life Fitness. Machines include a treadmill, cross trainer and a recumbent bike. Four kayaks are available to resort guests.
