Merci pour votre avis. Comme il est courant dans de nombreux hôtels à travers le monde, notre personnel d'entretien n'entrera dans une chambre que si cela vous est demandé - ce qui se fait en accrochant le panneau vert indiquant "S'il vous plaît nettoyez ma chambre" devant votre porte. Nous nous excusons si vous ne le saviez pas, mais si vous aviez signalé ce problème à notre attention, cela aurait été réglé immédiatement. Quoi qu’il en soit, nous espérons que vous aurez au moins pu profiter du reste de votre séjour et nous vous souhaitons le meilleur pour la suite de vos voyages.
