The space
Beach front private two tiny villa houses 20 meters from the beach with walkway to beach access. The villas are private with bamboo fencing around the property for privacy.

Our newly built tiny beach house villas have modern comfort and luxuries. All equipment included.

We can accommodate eight people including adults and children. (sorry no cot) to get an idea please see all pictures provided.

The villas are two separate villas enabling a group of friends sharing or two separate families sharing. In each tiny villa there is a king sized bed and 2 single beds accommodating 4 people per villa.

Inside is cosy..
kitchen area is equipped with fridge, microwave, airfrier, toaster, rice cooker, espresso coffee machine with a selection of capsules. A sink, and all plates and cutlery provided.

Our bathrooms include a rain shower with shower curtain with good water pressure a hand basin and toilet. A large mirror which has cupboard space for all your niknaks. The bathroom included a hanging space for bath towels.

Where will you sleep?
Our tiny house sleeping areas have been designed to keep in mind they are TINY. To maximise the space we have a king size bed in one of the lofts. The other built-in loft has a single bed and the lower level is a single bed which can double up as a relaxation area.

Our living area has a smart 32 inch TV, that can connect to Netflix and many other apps along with internet which connects you to the world.

Exterior
We have provided a clothes dryer, table with four chairs (can be used for dinning or workspace with exterior electrical sockets), outside lights, beautiful plants, a water feature, hammocks, two exterior showers.
We have fitted fake grass which can be used for a BBQ as well as a relaxation area.
The premises provides a space for parking a car and motorbikes.

Our tiny house has the feeling of inside / outside living during the day or evening.
Take time out and sunbathe on our terrace or in our garden area or relax in our hammocks and drift into peaceful bliss.
Our location is quiet, calm, tranquil with the sea at your door step.

Guest access
The tiny house villas are fully private only for our guests. Guests have all access to the full villas.

Although we are tiny our houses were build with storage in mind, so our guests have plenty of storage space and a wardrobe.

Other things to note.
The garden around is cleaned and watered by our maintainance discreetly not to disturb you (for short term and long term guests)

Rentals
Car or motorbike rental can be arranged.

Exploring the island
Excursion, trips can be organised on request.

We have four cameras overlooking the Samui tiny house villa property for your peace of mind.
