The the atmosphere is amazing, some things not the best but it’s good for a short trip, the beach is beautiful and the staff are very nice and love to help in anything you need.

Bad service

On arriving no body at reception, 30 mins until we found anyone just to be told the room we booked was unavailable, given an alternative wich was not nice, given the room we booked on the 2nd night, was to we would be given a refund on the price of the room but have still Not received it, The room we booked was around £125 a night the room we were given was £40 so a big difference in standard of room,

The personel/staff was outstanding friendly, helping wherever they can and very forthcomming. The view from the room is stunning. It is a quiet place with a beach infront, where the snorkling is great (we even saw a turtle!). In 15 minutes you can get to Chalok baan kao bay where you find 7/11, pharmacy, massages, bars, restaurant, etc...

Sehr zuvorkommendes und sehr freundliches Personal. Außerdem sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist schlecht und die gesamte Anlage ist nicht schön gestaltet. Wir haben uns hier nicht wohlgefühlt. Das Zimmer hingegen war sauber, jedoch hat die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert. Die Roller sind zu teuer und auch nicht gut in Vergleich zu jeder anderen Unterkunft in der wir waren. Der Strandabschnitt ist kurz und schön. Die Anlage ist leider nicht so schön anzusehen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt abgebrochen und sind abgereist. Das Personal war jedoch wirklich toll und die verfrühte Abreise ist problemlos möglich gewesen, trotz Stornierung etc.

Greit opphold men de hadde leid ut vårt rom!!

Da vi ankom PD var rommet vårt utleid til noen andre, enda vi hadde bestilt mange måneder i forkant og betalt alt via Hotels.com. De beklaget og kjøpte et rom til oss på Pinaccle Hotel. Pinaccle er veldig bra det men det var jo PD vi hadde bestilt Beach Villa på så vi ble veldig skuffet!!!! Ellers er det en flott plass og helt greit med pris på produkter.

Mein Zimmer war direkt am Meer. Hatte Strand nur für mich. Kaum Gäste gesehen. Ruhe und Idylle pur. Super leckeres, frisches Thai-essen. Paar Schritte bis zu einem kleinen Laden, wo es das Nötigste gab. Mopedverleih ebenso. Sehr familiär. Wasser kristallklar. Urige Insel. Ich komme wieder. Bin begeistert vom Hotel, dieser liebenswerten Familie und den netten Angestellten, vom Flair dieser Insel.
