Booking House Rules Maison Georges Welcome to Maison Georges! By booking, you agree to our house rules and terms. Booking Payment You can book via Airbnb, Vrbo, or directly through our website, phone, or email. Rental payments are usually handled through the platform you book with. Security deposit ( 500): This is always paid directly to our account, at the latest three weeks before arrival. The deposit will be refunded within 21 days after your stay, provided there is no damage. Damage Extra Costs Any damage or extra costs will be deducted from the deposit. Please report accidents or damage immediately and keep any broken items so we can resolve it quickly. Access to the House A few days before arrival, you will receive the keypad code by email and a spare key (for emergency use only; lost keys cost 50). Occupancy Departure Maximum 10 guests in the house (babies/travel cots not included). Here s how to reach us: By Car The house has 1 private parking spot on the property. Additional parking is available on the street (may require payment). GPS address: Duinbergenstraat 25, 8670 Koksijde. By Public Transport Tram: The Kusttram (coastal tram) stops nearby, perfect for exploring Koksijde and the surrounding coast. Train: The nearest train station is De Panne, about 10 a 15 minutes by car or tram. Getting Around The area is very walkable, with shops, restaurants, and the beach within easy reach.

The cutest and cosiest cottage in Koksijde is laid out as follows: on the ground floor, you have a separate guest toilet, the kitchen and a living area with a lounge, smart TV and dining area in a cosy alcove with a view of the coastal passers by. There is a large extra living area in the basement, where you will find a space for the children to watch a film and, next to it, a games room with a pool table and darts for the parents. The house has 5 spacious bedrooms and 1 bathroom, all tastefully and charmingly decorated. There are 3 bedrooms with double beds on the first floor and 2 identical bedrooms on the second floor, each with 2 single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed. The bathroom has a large washbasin, a large walk in shower and an extra toilet. The house also has two cosy terraces on the side of the house, the porch , where you can read a book or keep an eye on the beachgoers. There is a second large terrace at the rear of the house, with space for 10 people to dine and barbecue. There is space for one car at the front of the house; additional cars must be parked on the street or a little further away. Please note that parking fees apply during the high season.

The host himself is neither present nor near the property. When entering the house, you will immediately receive a welcome folder in several languages that will tell you everything you need to make it a pleasant stay.
