You need to go to the Outrigger front desk to check in. They will give you keys code, parking and towels cards. They will give you all the instructions for my condo. Reception working time is 8am to 8pm. If you have plan come after 8pm or if you have additional request ( pack and play, mobile bed....) you need to call Outrigger front desk one day before arrival and they will leave all keys code and cards in the lock box and ( pack and play, mobile bed.... ) in the unit.
