This house is perfect for two couples or a small family. I booked for myself, daughter, son in law and grandson. We had plenty of space and the house was very baby friendly. There is two bedrooms, one with an en suite bath and one with the bath just outside the bedroom. My family stayed in the room with the bathroom outside of the room as to not wake the baby when showering etc. The location is perfect walking distance to the beach (baby/brenneckes) as well as a short walk to the Hyatt and Shipwreck beach. It a short drive to stores and other places! The house was clean and had everything we needed including beach chairs and towels. My daughter ordered a crib, highchair & stroller (jogger style) from babyquip and used the VRBO discount which was so good to have! I will happily book this again as this house was absolutely wonderful!

The location of this unit was very convenient to walking to two great beaches. The complex it is located in has wonderful trails. The unit itself is well appointed with nice amenities, comfortable furnishing and beds. Would recommend.

Great house close to the beach with walking paths directly to the beach. Nice linens, towels, toiletries, and a nice gift waiting for us. Very communicative and helpful host. Lots of beach toys in the garage. We left some fishing poles hoping others with more saltwater experience have luck catching something. Walking distance to many shops. Really pleased with our stay.

Sugar Cottage was so sweet!!Everything advertised and more! The floor plan was incredible, clean , well stocked and great outdoor space! Close to everything and the AC was amazing!We would definitely recommend and hopefully we have the opportunity to stay here again!

We had an amazing time at the Sugar Cottage. The house was very convenient, clean, and welcoming. We were in a great location for walking to the beach, restaurants and a quick drive to shops. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful for Groups

What a great little place! Split floor plan allows for the feeling of separate spaces with a communal kitchen. Patios and outdoor shower were perfect. Shampoo, conditioner and soaps provided were lovely, gentle, and smelled amazing. The pool was not located on site as you’d expect, but was about a half mile away or a ten minute walk. We did not end up utilizing the pool because of the distance.
