Welcome to 'PARADISE POIPU', our little slice of Heaven in Kauai. Indulge your senses in this newly built, 1800 square foot home on Kauai’s SUNNY south shore. If you’re one who has an appreciation for the finer things in life, your expectations will be exceeded as you experience one of the best rental accommodations South Kauai has to offer!

There are three bedrooms, two full baths, central air-conditioning, and tasteful furnishings and artwork that were all put together by a professional designer. The luxurious master suite features a walk-in closet as well as a glass walk-in shower and Jacuzzi... You may never leave!

Just when you think it can’t get any better, walk out into the impeccably landscaped yard and...“Oh Yeah!”… your own private pool! The best part.....you don’t have to share it with 100 or more people as you do when staying at one of the resorts. This delightful pool even features a small water feature and it’s the best place to relax away a lazy Kauai afternoon.

You are just minutes from two of Kauai’s best beaches, 'Shipwreck Beach' and the World famous 'Poipu Beach'. Poipu Beach has been voted 'Best Beach' in America by the Travel Channel and for good reason with so much to offer. Your children will love the calm waters, where they can explore the underwater world with a mask and snorkel. The small waves are good for beginning boogie borders but there’s a surfing area for those experienced surfers as well.

Other frequent visitors to this beach are the beloved Hawaiian Monk Seals who come here to rest in the sun just like we do! The beach park has restrooms, showers, picnic tables and pavilions as well as a large lawn area with shade trees. It is also one of the very few beaches on the island with lifeguards.

Back at the house, enjoy all the conveniences of being at home. The gourmet kitchen has everything you would ever need to create an island feast. In January of 2026, we replaced all of the appliances, so they are all brand new. The covered, wrap around lanai offers you comfortable outside living and dining space. There’s a formal inside dining room as well but if you're like me, you will find yourselves outside most of the time enjoying the views while relaxing on the spacious lanai.

If you’re a business traveler, we provide free high speed wireless internet to keep you connected. We also have all the 'bells and whistles' to satisfy your entertainment needs like cable TV, stereo CD player, DVD player and even a small library of movies and music.

The house was wonderful and everything worked beautifully. Only negative for us was lack of privacy in pool. Needs privacy fence or bushes or something. And TV was very confusing. Directions didn't work so wonder if someone changed something before us.

We had an amazing stay during the holidays. This home is incredibly well stocked. The location is absolutely wonderful; so close to so many beaches. The patio is heavenly for morning coffee and the pool is so refreshing! The grill was wonderful for cooking the mahi we caught during a charter. We stayed for 10 days and didn't want to leave! Chad and his local contact were incredibly responsive to any minor issues we had. No complaints and highly recommend 100%. Mahalo!

Relaxing Vacation in a house near the ocean

Everything about the house was perfect. The place was spacious, pristine clean, everything worked, kitchen very well stocked with cooking hardware, and the bed was comfortable, sheets were soft. The beach equipment, chairs, snorkle gear, and HATS! in the garage were appreciated, epecially as I forgot to bring my sun hat. The location of the house was in a quiet neighborhood, across the street from a resort, where we could easily walk over and access the beach. We had such a good time, I am already planning our return trip.

This home has it ALL!

This home was equipped with everything you could ever need in a vacation home. It had an abundance of towels, pool toys, ocean toys, boogie boards, etc. The kitchen was completely stocked with pots and pans, dishes, utensils, measuring cups, skewers for the BBQ, Toasters (2), coffee maker, etc. The only bed we used was the king in the master and it was very comfy. This house is very cozy and comfy and the neighborhood is quiet. We walked everyday to the ocean which you can see from the house. We used the pool everyday which was so nice and refreshing. This home was perfect for us and we will stay here again. Thank you for a great and relaxing stay!!!

Our stay was better than we could have hoped!

Our stay was perfect! The home had everything as advertised and even more little details to make our stay more comfortable. For example, there were beach chairs and towels for the beach that made our outings more enjoyable. The rooms were well air conditioned, the home was large to accommodate 5 people and the neighbourhood was quiet, clean and central to the best beaches and local shops. Chat was incredibly friendly and responsive. Our family is already planning our next trip back!

Perfect Poipu House

Our group of 5 had a fantastic stay at Paradise Poipu. The house is so spacious and comfortable, with a very well stocked kitchen. The location is great; we walked to Shipwreck Beach and to the resorts on Poipu Beach. It’s an easy 30 minutes to Lihue. Definitely would stay again!!

The pictures in ad don’t begin to describe the beauty and relaxation of this incredible home.

We were a family of 4 adults & 2 teenage girls-nothing could have been more perfect for us! Centrally located for all activities-snorkeling, horseback riding, zip lining, shopping, etc. we all were happy!! Bonus was the wraparound lanai and small, peaceful pool in the tropical back yard that found all of us watching the sunrise, playing games, drinking coffee and just enjoying the peaceful ambiance after a fun-filled day! This property was clean and well located. The neighborhood was quiet. There was plenty of seating.

All went well except the dryer was broken for the entire time we were there. The appliances are old and should be replaced. There was no alternative offered. It was inconvenient. Other than that, this was a pleasant and enjoyable location. I would recommend this house, only IF all appliances are in working order.

The house is beautiful, well maintained and perfect for us. We were able to access the property earlier than the check -in time (about 1 pm) which was so appreciated since we had perishable items with us.
