HOW DO I GET MY FREE LEI GREETING FOR TWO?
If you are staying 7 nights or longer, you will receive a free lei greeting for two people upon arrival at LIH airport. Once you complete your reservation, you will need to provide your flight details and we will take care of the rest. The Lei greeting will take place at the baggage claim area.

DOES THE CONDO HAVE AIR CONDITIONING?
YES! There is a powerful mini-split AC unit in the living room. The unit also has a ceiling fan in each room, extra portable fans as well as vented windows to maximize the flow of the ocean breeze.

DOES IT HAVE A VIEW OF THE OCEAN?
YES! It has an unobstructed view of the lawn, beach and ocean. The walk to the beach is just about 1 minute from the lanai.

DOES THE CONDO INCLUDE USE OF A POOL & FITNESS CENTER?
Yes. All Kiahuna Plantation guests have free access to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club across the street. For access you will check in at Poipu Beach Athletic Club. You will find a large swimming pool, water slide, hot tub, full gym, full locker rooms, 2 half basketball courts, 3 pickleball courts and 4 tennis courts. They provide all sporting equipment such as basketballs, tennis racquets and balls, pickleball equipment, table tennis, etc. Lastly, there is an onsite restaurant and bar with full service and a great menu.

WHAT FLOOR IS THE CONDO ON?
Our condo is on the first floor of Bldg. 24. Just a few steps from where you will park which is convenient for bringing in luggage and groceries! NO STAIRS!!!

CAN YOU HEAR ROAD NOISE FROM THE CONDO?
No. This unit is far away from Poipu Road where the road noise comes from. You will, however, hear the ocean waves coming from the beach.

IS BEACH GEAR INCLUDED?
Yes! The condo includes 2 bodyboards, 2 beach chairs, and a cooler. There is beach rental hut on the beach that provides free beach towels and additional paid beach gear rentals.

We had a fabulous time in your beautiful place. All amenities were appreciated. Nice to have the outdoor beach chairs and umbrella and boogie board and snorkel were awesome to have handy. Note the handle straps on the chairs have worn off. The stove top back left burner knob falls off if you touch it.

The location - directly on the lawn in front of the Kiahuna Beach - is unbeatable, and the whole Castle Resort Plantation grounds are so beautiful and so is the beach. Go to see the rurtles sleeping at sunset on Poipu Beach! The condo has everything you need, although some features are a little bit outdated and for example we had a few problems with the light switches of the kitchen. For this reason, the owners were kind enough to present us with a gift card for the very good and popular Keoki's Paradise nearby for our last dinner there - which we really appreciated.

We have stayed in numerous Kiahuna units over the last 30 years and were grateful to book this unit last-minute.. Yes, this unit has a fabulous location where you can walk out onto the Great Lawn to the beach. But - in contrast to other units, it is far from luxurious. I wonder if the owner has visited lately.When the unit was renovated from the original layout,(probably many years ago), kitchen cupboards were not added nor upgraded - only removed. Standard size dinner plates do not fit in the cupboard, but are stacked in at a tilt. Since there are so few cupboards, I could not reach the shelf with coffee mugs without dragging the stepstool out of the bedroom closet. We had to run the 1/3 full dishwasher daily just to have glasses and teaspoons for the two of us. The flatware is all mix and match. We had to request a replacement toaster - untoasted bread except for the burnt stripe down the middle. The painted walls and woodwork/cupboards are all beat up and just sorry looking in general.It is hard to hang clothes in the closet since the bedroom closet houses the boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, step stool, broom, ironing board, and a huge bin of beach equipment that we didn't even bother to explore since the vacuum cleaner sits on top of it!On the plus side, even though this unit only has one air conditioner (many have two), when we experienced muggy, no-breeze days and used the A/C, if the louvers to the bedroom were open, the bedroom was cooled adequately.

We really enjoyed our stay. Positive:- Nice ocean view.- Well equipped kitchen utensils/pots etc. - Comfortable and great location.- Quick communication.- Helpful staff. - Beautiful/well maintained landscape.Negative:- Light switches were confusing with different types of switch/dimmer design. We couldn't get the dining area light to go on unless we turned on the outside patio light.- Sections of tile in the shower look like they were disintegrating, especially around with window and shower door.- A lot of lounge chairs on the lawn by the beach, but no shade.

My family of 4 had a wonderful stay in this condo and are counting the days until we can go back. My 8 year old had the best time running around making new friends with kids in neighboring condos and the rest of us loved sitting out on the lanai drinking coffee and enjoying the amazing view. Communication with the owners was great and check in was very easy. An added bonus was the beach gear that was provided.

This condo is in a prime spot at Kiahuna Plantation. We loved being able to relax on the lanai and walk right out to the ocean. The condo was comfortable and well equipped. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location

Great location on the island. Easy 25 minute drive from the airport. Easy to cover the whole island from here. Lots of options for food nearby - restaurants or grocery. Being set back you get a great view and no nearby foot traffic. Super place to get surfing lessons. Over the top scuba diving at Koloa Landing, also known as Whalers Cove. Only recommendation - replace the beach umbrellas, one has multiple rods broken the other one's bottom pole if bent.

Once upon a time...

Location convenient for beach access. Host had plenty of beach chairs, accessories available. Excellent ocean view, considering the Humpback whales were 'visiting' also this time of year. If you want to learn the basics of surfing, there's a school close by. We had a great experience!! Got married too...

What a pleasant place to hang your sunhat when visiting Poipu. Loved having coffee on the lanai in the morning with watching the surf lessons on the lawn. There is so much to enjoy within walking distance. Owner was very attentive to any emails we sent. Very helpful answering questions! Slept great at night and played hard all day. Thanks!

Fantastic stay in Poipu!

We loved our stay at this rental - great location, great amenities, and well maintained property. Loved the view of the great lawn, swaying palm trees and ocean. Laundry is on site (can pay via credit cards) and there is free parking, as well as use of their sand toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler and boogie boards. We could walk across the street to the Poipu Beadh Athletic Club (swimming pool with water slide, sandy beach area for toddlers, tennis and pickle ball courts, ping pong, workout gym, even tetherball and shuffleboard), and Cabana Bar & Grill. Also walking distance to the Poipu shopping village with great stores and restaurants, and of course walking distance to Poipu Beach. The hosts quickly respond, answer questions and provide great tips and suggestions. And they even arranged a lei greeting at the airport when we arrived. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay, aside from a little too much rain! I find units booked on line are never 100% accurate. Great location. The mattresses could use an upgrade, and the kitchen could be better stocked with the basic spices etc. Over all it was a nice unit and we enjoyed our time there!
