The condo is an end unit near the east entrance of Kiahuna Plantation Resort, providing easy arrival, nearby parking, and fewer shared walls. Kiahuna Beach and the Poipu Beach Athletic Club are both about a 5-minute walk away.

Entry is via keyless door code access, provided prior to arrival.

HOST AVAILABILITY:
We will be available until 6 pm Island time. If you message us after 6 pm we will respond early the next day. If you need to contact someone after 6 pm or there is an emergency, please contact our On-Island representative, Madolyn Davis.

POLICIES & FEES
Mid-Stay Clean (Stays Over 10 Nights)
For reservations longer than 10 nights, a required mid-stay clean will be scheduled. Reservations over 20 nights require 2 mid-stay cleans. This is a full turnover cleaning and is charged at $222.

HAWAII TAXES
Hawaii lodging taxes apply to short-term rentals and currently total approximately 18% of the booking amount. This includes General Excise Tax (GET), State Transient Accommodations Tax (TAT), and County TAT, as required by law.

Fees apply if resort items are not returned at checkout:
