The space
Guests consistently choose our well-equipped home for its location and spacious layout. It's designed to harness the cooling trade winds and outfitted with high quality split-system AC units. Covered parking at your door adds to the comfort and convenience.

House total: 3 to 5 real beds (no sofa sleepers) for up to 6 guests, plus a pack-n-play.

We provide beach chairs, coolers, full sets of bath and beach towels, drip coffee makers, and more. Family-friendly extras include a stair baby gate, high chair and beach wagon.

Hot water and electricity are provided by the abundant Hawaiian sunshine with instant automatic backup if needed. Fiber optic connectivity rated at ~920 Mbps is included.

Other things to note
We provide lots of beach stuff but not boogie boards or umbrellas as they break too easily even from normal use. We recommend guests bring or rent their own masks, snorkels, fins and life jackets, if desired, to ensure proper fit.

Poipu is located on the dryer side of Kauai with fabulous beaches, snorkeling and coastal walks. It is roughly equal distance to the lush North Shore and, in the opposite direction, west side beaches, Na Pali boat tours, and hiking and vistas in Waimea Canyon and Kokee State Parks.

Amazing Location and House

Overall, the property had everything we wanted during our stay in Poipu. The house was spacious, clean and stocked with all the right amenities. It was walking distance to beaches and came stocked with everything you would need at the beach. The owner was very communicative and the checkin/checkout process was very easy. We really enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect with a quick walk to two of the best beaches (Brenneckes & Poipu). Plus the layout of the house is great (where the downstairs quarters could be completely secluded if one desires). The host was great and easy to work with. This great property is located one block off the beach with many outstanding amenities. The two separate floors made it easy for our young granddaughter to sleep with a monitor while we viewed the ocean and whales from the patio.
