Oh my gosh!!! The best decision we made when planning our trip was to stay at this oceanfront condo!! It was so amazing to have the beautiful blue water just steps outside our door! And to get the best sunset on the island that everyone else has to drive here for, or eat at the Beach House to see. . We loved the ground floor so we could lay on the grass, play games and have meals with the ocean literally 5 feet away. And to hear the waves crash through the screen doors or windows as you sleep is amazinc. No need for A/C at all (though the unit has it it if you need it). We were so sad to leave this morning! The photos on the post of the couch are a bit older, there is now a queen size pullout bed. I researched a ton of different places to stay, and none of the others would’ve held a candle to this because of the ocean being right there. Also, Lawai beach, with cal snorkeling and a small sandy beach is steps away around the corner from the condo, just beside the Beach House restaurant. Watching surfers outside all day was also a bonus! Don’t spend any more time researching where to stay… This is definitely where you want to be!

The oceanfront! Absolutely spectacular & immersive from the unit. Amazing location close to Spouting Horn, shopping area and Po’ipu resort area without being in the expansive resort land. Very well-appointed unit - plenty of good dishwares, cooking/cleaning supplies, beach wares, umbrella and friendly security/groundskeepers gave us local tips. Very comfortable beds. A few dated or damaged accesories, but understandable since there are so many amenities - impossible to keep up with the state of all of them.

It was a well maintained property with a great direct ocean view. The place was thoughtfully and well stocked with everything you could need for your stay! It was literally next door to The Beachouse restaurant which a great place for a nice dinner. Would highly recommend!

Incredible view right on the ocean and comfortable beds! Greg was very responsive to all our questions and gave us great recommendations for activities and local restaurants. VIEWS…LOCATION…VIEWS!!! This condo is perfectly situated along the south shores in Kōloa. We had the option of getting a condo on the top floor with a balcony and I’m so glad we chose Greg’s condo on the bottom floor instead. There was nothing like opening the door and walking out to the view, the turtles, the surfers, sunrises and sunsets. Stunningly beautiful! It was a little noisy when there were people in the unit above us, the toilet flushing by them sounded like it was above your head coming through the ceiling. The sofa is not the one in the photo, it wasn’t comfortable and had a thick foam piece that isn’t covered. The minor inconveniences are far overshadowed by the beautiful location and views. We will definitely stay here again when we visit the island next!

This is the best place to stay if you want to stay near Lawai. The view is amazing and you are steps from the ocean. The unit is beutiful, spacious and very comfy.
