Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Please return the key to the lockbox and be sure to give the lockbox combination a spin when you leave.
Be sure that slider is closed and locked.
Trash is at the end of the parking lot if you'd be so kind as to take any trash to the bins. Recycling for cardboard is behind Brenneke's and optional.

The ocean is visible from throughout the unit and the lanai enabling views of humpback whales spouting and breeching out in front of the condo. Kitchen is well equipped and the furniture and beds are really comfortable. The pictures posted on VRBO show the condo exactly as you will find it. The gas BBQ is right out front, and the pool is a few steps away.

Wonderful stay in this tidy and well located condo. Beautiful view of the water. The bedrooms were spacious. Host was gracious and immediately delivered a new coffee maker when ours went on the fritz.

Host interaction was great. The view from the patio is amazing. Spent most our time out there when we were not out and about. Was able to see whales right from our place. Location was great. Could easily walk to the beach. The kids used the pool and loved it. Wish we had a hot tub for the chilly, windy nights. :-) The place was very laid back and quiet. 16 units in total. This unit was very easy to access right from the parking lot. No stairs!! No air in this unit, but not really needed with the trade winds, we were comfortable at night. Beds were also comfortable. Now for the place itself. It was just okay. You are definitely paying for the location and the view. This unit could use a little TLC. Walls are dirty, very dusty cabinets, blinds, and some of the windows didn’t properly work to open/close etc. The bathrooms were super tight (needed to step into the shower to be able to close the doors). Mirror, painting on walls were not straight. Not bothersome- but did take away from the whole feel when you first stepped in. We did stay at another rental on the north shore the first half of the trip so it’s hard not to compare when the first place was half the price and more welcoming, roomy and attention to detail was there. However, with that.. this should not steer you away from staying here. It did come with everything you need, and the view was amazing. We prefer not staying on a resort so this was perfect for that. We would stay again! Thank you!

Location, location, location!!! The view from the deck was amazing!! We couldn’t count the amount of whales that we saw! Amenities were perfect… everything we needed was supplied. Even had a view of the ocean from our bedroom!! Can’t wait to return…

Review: Poipu Palms – An Absolute Gem!Rating: We had an incredible stay at Poipu Palms and can’t recommend it enough. The location is perfect—quiet enough to be relaxing but close enough to everything you want to see.The Highlights:Spectacular Views: We spent so much time on the pool deck. The ocean views are stunning, and we were lucky enough to watch whales and beautiful sunsets right from the property.Incredible Wildlife: One of the most magical parts of our trip was the short stroll to Poipu Beach, where we counted 52 Honu (sea turtles) in a single night! We also enjoyed seeing Monk seals lounging on the sand in the mornings.The Condo: The unit was spotless and very well-equipped. It came with all the beach gear we needed, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable—which made a huge difference after long days of exploring.Convenient Location: It’s an easy walk to both Shipwreck Beach and Poipu Beach. We also loved being so close to local shopping and the Allerton Botanical Garden.The Host:A huge thank you to our host, Chrissy, who was wonderful to work with and made sure our stay was seamless.We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
