underway during your stay if you book a unit in Manualoha from 1/2025 to 5/2025.
In consideration of this, we have adjusted and discounted our rates
accordingly for the affected dates, should you choose to proceed with
your booking. Please call in to ensure your selected building will not
be worked on during your dates as this is not permitted during this
project.
If your preferred accommodation is available and selected, you and your
guests may experience noise from the construction work, and parking
spaces adjacent to the affected buildings may be occupied by
construction equipment. We kindly recommend using the existing alternate parking spaces and walking to your unit.
We appreciate your understanding during this time and remain committed to ensuring you have a pleasant stay!
If you're looking for an island retreat filled with the comforts of home, this quiet condo welcomes you with the perfect aloha spirit. The large one-bedroom and two full bathrooms is spacious for four adults, a family with two+ kids, or a couple eager to experience the much-loved garden island. The living room faces a garden lanai for outside dining with additional sleeping offerings (Queen-sized sofa bed.) A master bedroom, with King king-sized bed, features in-room air conditioning attune to your comfort. Soft tropical island decor complements the modern touches with the recently remodeled kitchen and living areas.
You're in the heart of Poipu Kai resort. A quick walk through the greenbelt takes you to some of Kauai's best beaches, resort pools and hot tubs, and recreational areas (Poipu tennis courts, pickleball courts). Guests will also have access to Poipu Beach Athletic Club (fitness gym, cardio, weight room, and much more). Running paths and beachside hiking trails (behind the Grand Hyatt Hotel) are just steps away. Dine and shop at nearby restaurants (Merriman's and Roy's Eating House 1849) and favorite hot spots.
