The complex offers a panoramic terrace and an indoor swimming pool with an open pavilion that functions as a pool bar. (To enter the pool area or terrace, you must have a magnetic wristband/watch - 4 pieces are provided in the apartment. On entering, each guest must 'bounce' with their wristband). A children's playroom, a restaurant with a terrace and a swimming pool are also available. The building is located just 600 m from the beautiful sandy West Beach. Bike rentals can also be found in the vicinity of the building. The apartment is just over 3 km from the Oceanarium and less than 4 km from the Lighthouse and the Pier in Kołobrzeg.
