Da ich ein barrierefreies Hotel gebucht hatte, glaubte ich auch dass alle Angebote, wie der Wintergarten oder die Dachterrasse für mich mit Rollator erreichbar sind, waren aber nur über Treppen erreichbar. Die Toilette im Bad sehr niedrig, schwierig beim Aufstehen.

Das Hotel befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand. Desweiteren ist es auch gut mit dem Zug zu etteochen(Bahnhof ca 400m). Das Frühstücksbüffet ist reichsltig. Es gibt auf wunsch aucj Mittag-und Abend-Essen. Auch ein sehr schönes Dachrestaurant ist vorhanden. Das personal sprocht ausgezeinet Deutsch und ist sehr freundlich. Parkplätze sind leider sehr wenig vorhanden. Ich war alles in allem zufrieden.

Alles gut! Buffet Früh & Abend) war reichhaltig und landestypisch, allerdings hätten wir gern einen Saft zum Frühstück gehabt. Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und im Spa Bereich sehr nett, hilfsbereit und freundlich und auch alles in Deutsch Ein großes Problem haben wir allerdings! Ein Spa & Wellness Hotel und ,jdie Sauna ist jedoch nur von 16-19 Uhr geöffnet und Abendessen ist zwischen 17 und 19 Uhr. Also muss man sich zwischen den Leistungen, die man beide bezahlt (!) entscheiden. Was für uns ein no go ist.

Sehr netter Laden unweit vom Strand..

Schönes und SEHR sauberes Zimmer. Das Personal war super freundlich. Nur das Parken am Gelände fand ich etwas überteuert. Dazu gab es kein Zimmer Service und das Restaurant war nicht geöffnet. Frühstück war inbegriffen aber wir kamen nicht dazu es zu probieren. Das Zeit Fenster ist etwas knapp. Nur von 8-11 und 11 ist auch gleich checkout deadline. Wer möchte schon im Urlaub früh aufstehen?? Statt uns einen abzuhetzen, haben wir auf das Frühstück verzichtet.

Hallo zusammen, wir waren vom 11.7-18.7.2021 in diesem Hotel. Ein sehr schönes, gepflegtes Haus mit sehr freundlichen Personal. Schade,das es in den Zimmern keine Klimaanlage gibt. Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich. Es gibt zwei Vollautomaten für Kaffee. Diese sind für den Ansturm am Morgen nicht ausgerichtet oder es müsste jemand vom Personal an der Seite stehen um die Gäste bei der Bedingung abzuleiten und Wasser oder Satzbehälter zu leeren. Im gesamten sehr zu empfehlen, da man alles gut erreichen kann. Vielen Dank.

Pobyt minął milo w Kołobrzegu. Była bardzo miła obsługa. Minusem byla lazienka-prysznic źle funkcjonowal,słabe ciśnienie wody.Lazienka bardzo mała. Brak czajnika w pokoju.W jadalni tylko jeden automat do kawy,co tworzyło kolejki w oczekiwaniu na kawe.Miasto oceniam bardzo pozytywnie i polecam innym.Natomiast hotelu nie polecam.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen, die Speisen an der Grillbar waren sehr gut und lecker. Die Standard zimmer waren sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, aber entsprachen voll dem preis Leistungsverhältnis. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden, aber ein großer minuspunkt: die parkplatzreservierung hat nicht funktioniert, waren nur 18 stellplätze, die für stammhäste reserviert waren. Wir wurden auf einen städtischen Parkplatz geschickt von drr Rezeption, leider ohne dem Hinweis auf fie Gebühren. Waren für 3 tage fast 100 Euro. Waren echt geschockt. Guter tip! Nicht wie von drr Rezeption empfohlen den parkplatz links runter nehmen, sondern lieber den rechts runter, da kostet er am tag nur 13 Euro.
