A stylish, well-maintained vacation home with pool near the beach and the city.
Make yourself comfortable in this cozy modern vacation home, take advantage of the leather furniture to comfortably turn to conversations with your loved ones. This house has a very sunny and bright atmosphere, as well as some stone details that make the flair a bit more natural. From the balcony you have a wonderful view of the sea and the surrounding countryside. Imagine spending hours together in the sun and enjoying grilled food. There is also a private outdoor pool for you to take a refreshing dip or relax on the sun loungers.
The house is located in the small town of Cavtat, where you can go shopping or try local food in one of the restaurants. From the house you can reach the sea and a pebble beach in a few minutes, where you can go swimming or sunbathe. For the younger ones, there is also a playground and a swimming beach nearby. If you feel like making a trip, the picturesque city of Dubrovnik is about 20 km away. It is known for its particularly beautiful location on the coast, and the entire old town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In Dubrovnik you can spend a nice day walking through the old streets and visiting sights such as the city walls, the city port and the cathedral.
