Peaceful oasis in nature with pool, great home base for relaxing and exploring.

Our rustic countryside vacation home is surrounded by the beautiful nature of Konavle Valley and is located in the village of Lovorno – situated 35 min away from Dubrovnik, and 20 min away from the coastal town of Cavtat.
This hidden gem is not only a peaceful oasis where you can relax and recharge during your holiday, but also a perfect starting point for trips to surrounding areas - the city of Dubrovnik, the town of Cavtat, Lokrum Island, Peljesac Peninsula, Trsteno Arboretum, Elaphiti Islands, Kotor and Perast (Montenegro), Mostar and Kravice waterfalls (Bosnia and Herzegovina), Mljet National Park, etc.
Our countryside house was recently renovated by our own hands. It once used to be a small barn, and we decided to renovate it during the pandemic and turn it into a lovely little sanctuary in the woods. This was a family project and we all participated so you will see a mix of different styles inside - a reflection of our individual personalities. Inside the house, there are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room connected to the kitchen and dining room. The house has a terrace, an outdoor pool and is surrounded by a large garden filled with cypress trees which give our guests a sense of peace and privacy.
Surrounded by stunning landscapes—sea, beaches, fields, vineyards, rivers, and mountains—there are plenty of outdoor activities like hiking, cycling, and horse-riding. Enjoy local traditional cuisine at nearby restaurants such as Konoba Vinica Monkovic or Koraceva Kuca, and taste excellent Konavle wines at renowned local wineries.

Important note: we live in a house nearby (across the field) and we also have a couple of friendly dogs who absolutely love our guests, and who may come to say "hello" upon your arrival, along with us / one of our family members.
