The living space of 200m² comprises a spacious living and dining room, a separate and fully-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, four bathrooms and a two separate guest toilets. The living room has a generous 50m², air-conditioned (cool/warm) with a corner sofa suite made of leather and matching stools, a coffee table, a TV with cable and satellite channels, a kitchen with a ceramic hob with an elegant extractor fan made of stainless steel, an electric oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, kettle and coffee machine. There is a convenient guest toilet . The five bedrooms( three rooms have a double bed the fourth has three single beds and the fifths sofa bed),with bedside tables with reading lamps and cupboards with ample storage space for your clothing and luggage. The two master bedrooms have its own en-suite bathroom with a spacious shower cubicle, a washbasin with a cupboard underneath and a wall mirror, a hairdryer and a toilet. The second, separate bathroom, shared by the other two bedrooms, is fitted the same as the en-suite bathroom. A two cots can be provided on request and plenty of bed linen and hand towels are provided. You can use the reliable wireless Internet connection in the villa free of charge.
The bedrooms and living room have access to a big sunny balcony furnished with a table, chairs and loungers, affording an extensive panoramic view over the natural landscape. In the garden there is a private heated pool surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. The traditional stone grill on the roofed terrace next to it, with an outdoor kitchen, invites you to enjoy leisurely meals together outdoors and under a starry sky. As the pool can be illuminated at night, you can turn night into day here, on the 1500m² garden site with a forest behind .There are secure parking spaces right in front of the house.
