The hotel looks nice, and the staff are very friendly. However, I can't say the same for the cleanliness. Our room was dirty, so we were moved to another room, but the new room wasn't clean either.

The staff were friendly and helpful; however, there was a terrible smell coming from the bathroom in the room. There were flies coming out of the drains. The cleanliness and odor were not what you would expect from a hotel like Dedeman. Additionally, the breakfast variety was insufficient.
