The property is located in the small village of Brezovica pri Gradinu in the southeastern part of Slovenia, close to the border with Croatia. Popular nearby excursions include: a day trip to the historic port of Koper (a 30-minute drive), San Giusto Castle (a 45-minute drive) or a trip to the nearby village of Gradin (a 15-minute walk) where visitors can explore local churches, traditional architecture and learn about the history of the area. For fun in the water, Aquapark Istralandia is a 40-minute drive away.

The local area is also a paradise for wine enthusiasts, there is a vineyard a 6-minute drive from the accommodation where guests can enjoy the local wine whilst learning about the centuries-old winemaking traditions that define the area.
