The villa spans four levels, with a 62m2 heated pool, a well-equipped kitchen with Miele appliances, a comfortable living room, and four air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. It can accommodate up to 8 guests and features eco-friendly solar panels.

On the ground floor, there's a wellness area with a sauna and gym, and a designer kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances. The living room offers Smart TV and Netflix, with stunning views and access to the heated pool.
