The detached holiday home, renovated in 2018, is furnished in a modern style. The property is located in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular due to its quiet and sunny location. This holiday property is a romantic accommodation. For exclusive use are: sunbathing lawn, sun lounger, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture and fire pit. Use of the sauna: 2 hours daily included. In the sauna building there is a shower, separate toilet, a TV, seating and a small fridge.

The landlord has a friendly dog. The house is ideal for people who want to escape from everyday stress. The accommodation really offers rest and relaxation. Breakfast consists of various homemade dishes, such as sausage, cheese, jam, yoghurt, eggs, etc. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property.
