Das Hotel ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und lädt zum entspannen ein. Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt. Das Zimmer ist sehr großzügig und modern eingerichtet, es gibt einen großen Balkon. Besonders toll war das Frühstück- die Auswahl und das Restaurant haben uns sehr gefallen. Einen großen Minuspunkt bekommt das Hotel im Umgang mit einer Beschwerde. Mein Partner hatte mir zum Geburtstag eine Massage im Hotel geschenkt. Bei der Buchung betonte er, dass es eine Überraschung sei. Beim Check in wurden wir dann direkt auf die anstehende Massage hingewiesen, sodass die Überraschung dann leider verflogen war. Die Massage selbst war dann leider auch enttäuschend. Der Raum war sehr hellhörig- ich habe jeden Schritt und Gespräche auf dem Gang gehört. Zusätzlich war es kalt im Raum, sodass ich teils gefroren habe. Die Masseurin hat grundsätzlich einen guten Job gemacht, allerdings hat sie sich weder bei mir vorgestellt, noch gefragt ob ich Allergien oder Schmerzen irgendwo hätte. Ich kenne das so, dass man einen Anamnese bogen ausfüllt und kurz über Befindlichkeiten spricht. Hier hieß es einfach: ausziehen und hinlegen. Bei der Preiskategorie erwarte ich mehr Service. Vorher oder nachher noch einen Tee oder ein Glas Wasser- auch das gab es nicht. Schade. Bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie hätte ich mehr erwartet. Als wir uns direkt nach der Massage an der Rezeption über die Umstände beschwerten, reagierte die Dame etwas „ungeübt“. Sie meinte nur, dass „wenn die Massage grundsätzlich gu
