Maximum Occupancy: The villa has a maximum occupancy limit of 12 persons, which must be strictly adhered to. Exceeding the stated number of guests without prior arrangement is not permitted.

Pets Policy: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the villa to maintain a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.

Security and Valuables: While every effort has been made to provide a secure environment, please ensure that you lock all doors and windows when leaving the villa.

Pool Safety: Children must be supervised by responsible adults when using the pool. Diving or running on the pool deck is strictly prohibited for safety reasons. Please follow all posted guidelines and safety instructions.

Any damage or loss caused to the property or its contents will be the responsibility of the registered guests.
