Good location with convent parking. Great views! The bad: shower leaked terribly into the bathroom. Every single bed was uncomfortable and incredibly creaky. Every person in the house would wake up from any movement. Bathroom door was unbelievably creaky. Floors creaked throughout. Table was not the one from the photo. The patio itself was in very poor condition. Broken chair, broken table, old broken parts on side. If you have small kids several slats were missing from the railing. Top railing was broken. We had to buy our own hand soap as a quarter sized one is not enough for a family staying for 4 days. Dish soap was basically water.
