The apartments are located in a newly built in 2006 cottage in Koserow with a total of four apartments of different sizes with 2 or 3 rooms for 1-4 people on the edge of a nature reserve in a quiet location, only a good 300 meters from the pier in Koserow. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. All apartments have a daylight bathroom with shower and towel warmer, heating and some additionally an electric tiled stove. The apartments are furnished to a high standard and have south-west terraces / balconies.

The apartment has a bedroom with double bed 160cm wide and a bedroom with sofa bed. The apartment is ideal for small families. The apartment is located on the ground floor of the house.
