I booked this hotel based on the free 24hour airport shuttle service, this is not offered and when a refund was asked for prior to arriving due to this change, it was ignored. I would not rely on the amenities posted in this page.

New English style hotel in KK City

New hotel with restaurant. Clean, excellent service but location not in central KK. If you have car, then it's okay. Overall, pleasant stay and I will recommend.
