The house is on three floors, four double bedrooms ,three bathroom one is ensuite. On ground floor two reception areas with kitchen/diner in between, Spectacular views of the Buka Kotorska water and views as far as the eye can see, mooring for a boat owed by us but can be used by all. Close to a local shop and lovely quiet cafe society along the water's edge. Kotor old town is 15 minutes walk or the bus passes every half an hour and can be caught anywhere on the Rd by putting your hand up. The port of Montenegro is 10 mins by cab "cost 10 euros". Tivat Airport 10 mins by taxi. Wonderful walks, hiking, bathing, water sports and great sea food restaurant.
