Romantic stone house by the sea

Welcome to our centuries-old stone house by the sea in Prčanj, which was proclaimed a health resort over a century ago, in the heart of the Bay of Kotor, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The house was fully restored in February 2020 and blends the timeless charm of traditional stone architecture with the comfort of modern living. Its simple elegance, warm atmosphere, authentic details, artistic paintings, and antiquities create the perfect setting for a relaxing coastal getaway.

The house offers a total of 90 square metres of living space spread across three floors. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen along with a cosy living and dining area and a bathroom. If you prefer to eat out, a restaurant, bakery, and small market are only a few steps away. The first floor contains two comfortable bedrooms and a second bathroom, while the top floor is a bright and airy attic bedroom accessed by stairs, ideal for a restful night’s sleep. All the windows are fitted with mosquito nets to ensure comfort, while the bedrooms also feature traditional wooden shutters, double curtains, and blackout options to provide privacy and high-quality sleep.

During the renovation, we carefully combined authentic materials and structural features with contemporary furniture. Natural wooden floors add warmth to the first and second levels, while the house is equipped with air conditioning, heating, and a central hot water system.

Business travellers are also well catered for, with high-speed Wi-Fi, two dedicated workspaces with LAN connections, and a Smart TV with cable channels for your convenience.

In front of the house, a small private patio with a wooden table and chairs, bordered by hand-made stone flower pots made of sea stones and seashells, provides a charming outdoor space where you can enjoy your morning coffee, share meals in the fresh air, or simply unwind in the peaceful evenings.

Getting around
A bus stops right next to the house and can take you to Kotor or Tivat. In front of the house, on the pier, small boats can take you to Kotor, Tivat, Perast and Herceg Novi, while popular tourist boats go to the Blue Horizons beach and the famous Blue Cave.
