Im Inserat wurde das Ferienhaus Kaapduinseweg 13D, Koudekerke ausgewiesen, von mir gebucht und bezahlt.Bekommen haben wir jedoch die Ferienwohnung Kaapduinseweg 13M in der 1. Etage des Mehrfamilienhaus dahinter. Da ich den Urlaub nicht gefährden wollte und die Wohnung auch gut war, habe ich mich bei fewo-direkt.de nicht gemeldet. Gemeldet hatte ich mich jedoch eine Woche vor Reiseantritt bei dem Anbieter belvilla. Kommuniziert habe ich in deren chat mit Ansprechpartner Derick. Derick hat den Fehler im Inserat bestätigt und zugesagt, dass dies innerhalb von 24 bis 48 Stunden geklärt wird und mir per Email Bescheid gegeben wird. Ich habe jedoch von belvilla nie wieder etwas gehört. Ein paar Tage vor Anreise habe ich mich dann direkt an den Ferienpark Duinhof gewendet, da ich von dort eine Begrüßungsmail erhielt. Auch von dort wurde bestätigt, dass belvilla mir offensichtlich etwas anderes bestätigt hat als sie im Duinhof für mich gebucht haben. Beim Duinhof war von belvilla immer nur die Ferienwohnung 13M und nicht das Ferienhaus 13D für mich gebucht. Allerdings hat auch Duinhof eine direkte Kommunikation mit belvilla abgelehnt und dies als mein alleiniges Problem dargestellt Insgesamt muss ich feststellen, dass belvilla absolut unseriös ist und empfehle Ihnen, die Zusammenarbeit mit belvilla zu beenden. Leider sind jedoch auch die Mitarbeiterinnen von Duinhof kommunikativ extrem schwach aufgestellt. Freundliche Grüße Frank Lefers

Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und bot unserer Freundesgruppe ausreichend Platz. Die maritime Dekoration war ein schönes Detail, und wir haben die voll ausgestattete Küche sehr geschätzt. Die Lage war ideal, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand von Dishoek entfernt, und in der Nähe gab es zahlreiche Wanderwege für alle, die gerne draußen aktiv sind. Insgesamt war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, obwohl ein paar mehr Informationen zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung hilfreich gewesen wären. Eine gute Wahl für einen Strandurlaub!

Unser Aufenthalt in der luxuriösen Ferienwohnung in Koudekerke war einfach wunderbar! Drei Schlafzimmer boten unserer Familie viel Platz, und wir haben das gemütliche Wohnzimmer mit Kamin sehr genossen – es machte unsere Abende nach einem Tag am Strand besonders schön. Apropos Strand: Er war nur wenige Schritte entfernt und ideal für Morgenspaziergänge. Die Restaurants in der Nähe boten köstliche regionale Küche, und wir haben es genossen, verschiedene Lokale auszuprobieren. Die Gastgeber waren überaus herzlich und sorgten dafür, dass es uns an nichts fehlte. Wir können die Ferienwohnung Familien, die einen entspannten Urlaub verbringen möchten, wärmstens empfehlen!

Ein wunderschönes Strandhaus, in dem wir uns sofort wie zu Hause fühlten! Die Einrichtung war charmant und einladend. Besonders genossen wir den Ausblick vom Balkon und verbrachten unsere Morgenstunden mit einer Tasse Kaffee und dem Blick über die Umgebung. Die Nähe zu mehreren Stränden war ebenfalls ein Pluspunkt.
