his delightful 2 bedroom apartment is located on the first floor at Helios Heights Village and is a great base from which to enjoy the Resort. Just a few minutes walk will take you past the Spa, tennis and golf academies to the Village Square, the heart of the Aphrodite Hills.
The Apartment offers a good sized open plan living/dining room. It is comfortably furnished with a large sofa facing the flat screen TV and DVD player and is complete with a modern dining table and six upholstered chairs for your comfort and enjoyment.A set of French doors opens out to a furnished balcony - the perfect place to enjoy dining al-fresco.

The well-equipped kitchen is fitted with attractive cherry wood units and granite worktops and comes complete with all modern conveniences including fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave and electric oven and hob.
The master bedroom features a double bed, with bedside tables and fitted wardrobes. Two sets of shuttered French doors lead out to a small private balcony. This bedroom enjoys an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower, plus separate shower cubicle, wash basin in a marble vanity unit, and WC.
The opposite side of the living area leads you to the twin bedroom which also has a private balcony and an adjacent shower room which features a shower cubicle, basin and WC.
Just a few steps away is the delightful freeform swimming pool, and the Village Square shops, restaurants, spa, and sporting and leisure amenities are within walking distance, making this an ideal property for those looking for facilities close at hand.
