2 comfortable leather sofas, additional 1x Double & sofa bed in lounge to accommodate up to 2 extra persons!

Modern kitchen with granite surfaces and complete with appliances includes hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freeze and dishwasher. The kitchen is equipped with everything for outside and inside dining. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, there is also a separate utility room with washing machine, dryer and extra fridge on lower level.

3 bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 twin) twin bed can be made up as a double, if you prefer + 1 extra sofa bed!

1st bedroom is located on floor level and has King Size bed with en-suite shower, fitted wardrobes, A/C. patio doors leading out onto terrace, ideal for people with limited mobility.

Upper level has 2nd double bedroom with King Size bed, wardrobes, A/C, and large en-suite bathroom with bathtub and separate shower cubicle. Door leads out onto small balcony offering delightful views!

3rd bedroom is on lower level and has twin beds that can be made up as a double if you prefer with en-suite shower room, A/C and patio doors that lead out onto terrace.

1 x double sofa bed in lounge.

All bedding duvets, sheets, pillows, blankets, towels & pool towels are provided.

Outside

The villa has large relaxing areas, beautifully landscaped, mature, private garden and a private 10x5m pool with steps enabling easy access for children & elderly persons.

Outside, the property is complete with high quality outdoor dining furniture and creates a sense for complete relaxation and is fabulous for children & adults alike, sun loungers and umbrellas are in place.
