Villa Loukia is a bright and spacious two bedroom end-of-terrace villa with a private 8x4m pool, pretty landscaped gardens and great golf course views.

Bedrooms: One double bedroom (located on the first floor, with adjacent bathroom that has a bath with overhead shower, a separate shower unit & two sinks) one twin bedroom (located on the ground floor, with adjacent bathroom that has a shower).

Full Villa Description:
A lovely end of terrace two bedroom villa with beautiful, spacious gardens, a private 8x4m pool (with heating available) and gorgeous golf course views. The ground floor hosts the open plan kitchen, living and dining area with patio doors that open on to the pool terrace, giving the space a lovely backdrop with golf course views beyond. The modern kitchen is well-equipped, including dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. The living area is comfortably furnished and has a large Smart TV that also has a comprehensive TV system with unlimited movies, and International sports channels. Free, reliable wi-fi is provided throughout, and the villa is fully air-conditioned, and also benefits from electric heaters for added winter comfort.

The twin bedroom is located on the ground floor, with patio doors that open out to the garden and pool terrace. The adjacent bathroom has a shower unit. Upstairs, the master double bedroom has a lovely light feeling as it has both a rear balcony and roof terrace with wonderful views. A great place to take in the sunset views. The first floor has a large bathroom that has a bath with overhead shower, a separate shower unit and two sinks.

Outside there is a spacious pool terrace with sunbeds and an outdoor eating area with Gas BBQ – a gorgeous space for al fresco dining and basking in the Cypriot sunshine, within beautiful surroundings. Villa Loukia is located on Hestiades Greens, just a 5 minute stroll from the Resort village centre and facilities.

Hestiades Greens Village on Aphrodite Hills Resort, Cyprus. Hestiades Greens Village is situated right in the heart of the resort, around a 5 minute stroll from the resort village square. The villas on this village all boast their own private pools, thus there is no communal pool here.

Our standard check-in procedure is that we meet our guests at the resort entrance, show you to your holiday home, give you a brief guided tour and hand over the keys.


We will request your full flight details ahead of your arrival, in order to make sure that your meet & greet runs smoothly.


During times of Covid-19 we can also offer a remote check-in service in order to minimise contact; full instructions/directions/map shall be sent in advance, as well as more detailed information on the property, a key box code and a telephone number to contact in case of any questions.
